What specific designers influenced you?
Andy Warhol, Chanel, Armani, Yabu Pushelberg, Clodagh. I also love Kelly Wearstler. She is a savvy designer who juggles being a mother and entrepreneur as well. She is very inspirational.
What’s your favorite design style?
Warm contemporary with eclectic accents.
What’s the essential home accessory (or piece of furniture) you use in your designs?
Custom banquets provide comfortable seating and also a place for dining. It has become a b+g design favorite and we’ve included these custom banquets into our home line: b+g home.
What’s your favorite vacation spot?
Colorado.

This photo is of a living room we designed in Hughes Cove, an area of Miami. Brett, my husband and design partner, designed this motorized art panel with me to conceal the TV unit. I love this trick because it acts as an optical illusion to the viewer.
