BRETT SUGERMAN

Brett Sugerman was born into the world of design- his father, an architect, and his mother an interior designer. Although it took him until he was in his twenties to figure it out, he was destined to create spaces for people to live, work, and play in. In the late 80s, he gave up his rock-and-roll dreams and moved back from Boston to his hometown of Miami to start his new career and young family. Working first with his mother’s firm and later starting his own, it wasn’t until late 2000, when he met his future partner, wife and best friend, that his destiny was cemented.

Fortuitously paired together by the owner of their former design firm, Brett and Giselle quickly realized that they shared a special connection. Sparks flew as they designed together, fluidly and tirelessly evolving their craft and their friendship. In 2006, they left to start B+G Design, and in October of 2007, they married in front of their closest friends and family.

Since then, Brett and Giselle have built B+G Design into one of the most respected and sought-after design firms in Florida. With projects in New York, California, and practically everywhere in-between, B+G is known for its luxurious, modern aesthetic and attention to detail. In late 2022, the firm will open its new studio in the Miami Design District.
