In a meeting of grand proportions, B+G Design, Inc., collaborated with Minotti to conceptually design a half floor residence in the highly coveted 2000 Ocean property.
B+G was hand selected by KAR Properties, along with seven other globally-recognized interior design firms, as a part of 2000 Ocean’s Interior Design Showcase. The building is the first in the United States to be curated by renowned Italian furniture brand, Minotti. The designers selected the palette, stylings, furnishings, artwork and materials of their own choosing in collaboration with Minotti pieces. Creating a gorgeously rich space, B+G combined the endless ocean views with a deep color palette, giving way to a cozy yet avant-garde residence that reveals itself in small details. Best known for their architectural design, B+G took advantage of Minotti’s clean lines by adding elements of texture, like the zebra skin lounge chair in the master bedroom. The living room’s feature wall showcases a beautiful nouvelle grey marble and custom linear fireplace, which serves as the backdrop to the highly reflective sculptural piece above it. A Gabrielle Scott pendant lighting fixture along with Kreon ceiling lights, add shadowing and dimension; creating the signature B+G look – offering beauty and functionality.

“Our collaboration with 2000 Ocean is so fitting as we share the same aesthetic as Minotti and find the brand to be very adaptable.” says Giselle Loor. “It’s a great way for us to showcase a space that feels directly connected to nature, while maintaining an elegant and modern appeal. We truly resonate with the ethos of the property and love that it’s centered around wellness and the environment, as we reflect that in our own lives as well.
